Who We Are

Meet The Owner

Hi, I’m Rachael, the proud owner of Pineapple Fitness.

Pineapple Fitness has been a cornerstone of women’s fitness in Newcastle for over a decade. We exist to challenge what women’s fitness has traditionally looked like and to offer something more empowering.

Much of women’s fitness is still focused on fixing what’s considered “wrong,” or shrinking rather than strengthening. Pineapple challenges that notion and offers a real alternative. My philosophy is simple: train for decades, not weeks. Strength is the foundation, progression is the driver, and community is what makes it sustainable and joyful.

Pineapple works with real life – kids, work, stress, busy seasons – not against it. My vision is for Pineapple to be the place women in Newcastle think of when they want to be strong, confident, and surrounded by good people.

What We Offer

Small group personal training for women in Newcastle

HOLISTIC COACHING FRAMEWORK

Our coaching framework integrates strength, conditioning, health, and lifestyle – built around what we know works for women both on and off the gym floor.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

We intentionally cap group sizes so you’re coached, seen, and supported — not lost in the crowd. With no more than 8 women per coach, you get the guidance, structure, and encouragement needed to keep progressing.

ASSIGNED PERSONAL COACHING

Every one of our members is assigned a dedicated coach to track their progress and offer guidance to keep things moving forward.

WOMEN'S TRAINING EXPERTISE

Our women-only coaching is grounded in current research. We invest in education for our clients and our coaches, so training evolves with you and your life stage.

A REAL COMMUNITY

We've built an active ad welcome community of women who train hard, support each or, and build momentum together - with space for laughter, social events and genuine connection beyond the gym floor.
