Hi, I'm Brit (left), and I'm Shell (right), founders of Pineapple Fitness—
a women’s only small group personal training studio in Carrington plus bootcamps at Bar Beach & Carrington.

Since 2018, Pineapple has been a vibrant community dedicated to empowering women to live strong, confident lives. Our mission is rooted in real connections, fun, and results. In nearly 10 years, we’ve helped hundreds of women transform their lives, creating lasting health and fitness that lasting decades not weeks.

  • ⭐️ The Pineapple Method is suitable for all fitness levels. You do this if I’ve never lifted a barbell before or worked out recently? We teach you everything you need to know.

    ⭐️ Does Pineapple personalise the program for me? YES. We have options for you to have a personal program in our Semi Private Personal or we tailor the daily program for your needs in the Small Group Personal Training Program.

    ⭐️ How long are sessions? All sessions are 55 mins

    ⭐️ Session Credits - Accrued weekly with a 30 day rolling expiry, giving you the flexibility to balance life while maintaining your training volume.

    ⭐️ Holidays/Time Off - Session credits expire after 30 days, but the extended credit window means no need to pause your membership. Enjoy flexibility to balance holidays, work trips, and commitments while maintaining consistent progress.

    ⭐️ What can I expect during the session? 3/4 Strength + 1/4 Conditioning.

    ⭐️ Programming is in 12-week blocks, giving you the opportunity to build strength and confidence.

    ⭐️ What should I bring to the sessions? Yourself, water bottle, wear comfy activewear (& a supportive bra!!)

    Small group training is just as effective as one-on-one training, especially with the added benefit of group motivation and support. It’s also more affordable while still offering a high level of individualised attention.

  • At our women-only small group personal training studio in Newcastle, we believe in the power of personalised coaching in a supportive group setting. While you train alongside others, your journey is unique. We tailor our programs based on the latest research in women’s health and fitness, ensuring your needs and goals are always at the forefront.

    Our expert coaches provide customised modifications to keep you progressing safely and effectively, with each session building on the last.

    We’re not here for quick fixes – we’re committed to enhancing your health and fitness for the long run, creating results that last for decades, not weeks.
