Hey! We are Brit and Shell. Four years ago we went all in and followed our passion of wanting to disrupt the norm of women’s fitness in Newcastle. And so Pineapple Fitness was born. Pineapple Fitness attracts down to earth, supportive, kind, loving women building a fun and inspiring community. We embrace and empower all women by treating our members and staff as individuals, and provide the specific tools, support and the accountability they need to achieve and deliver life changing results.
We currently offer Outdoor and Indoor Group Training, Nutrition Programs, On-going Body Composition testing, Workshops and an incredible community to help educate, motivate, and support women, and teens to improve their health and fitness. Our new studio is located at 56 Forbes St Carrington are we very proud to say that business is booming, which is why we are looking for an incredible admin and customer service superstar to join our tight knit team!

Position Outcomes
Deliver world class customer service to Pineapple Fitness clients by replying to all client enquiries within 24 hours
Provide an exceptional client experience to Pineapple Fitness clients by maintaining 100% completion rate of daily/weekly tasks
Produce 80% conversion rate from Consult to Prospect
Always looking for ways to innovate and create streamlined processes
Position Tasks
With our guidance and training, you will fulfil the above Position Outcomes by completing the following Customer Service Position Tasks:
Deliver world class customer service via email and phone to Pineapple Fitness clients
Provide admin support to the Pineapple Fitness Directors
Provide admin support to Pineapple Fitness Coaches
Provide an exceptional client experience to Pineapple Fitness clients outside of their training sessions E.g - sending birthday cards and welcome texts
Upkeep and rotation of retail stock
Maintain an exceptional training facility
Front Desk and Reception Duties
Prescreen client leads and maintaining an 80% conversion rate from Consult to Prospect
Continuously reviewing and upgrading the business systems to ensure streamlined processes
Continual professional and personal development every month
Attend Team Meetings
Attend Team Workshops
Attend Performance Appraisals

Qualifications
Must Have:
Experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
Working knowledge of office equipment e.g computers, printers, ipads, smart phones etc
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
A passion for health and fitness
Bonus Qualifications and Experience (nice to have but definitely NOT essential)
Sales experience
Experience with Mindbody/Wellness Living, Mailchimp, Xero, Docusign, Google Drive, Dropbox
Current First Aid and CPR
Working with Children’s Check
This current position is casual with the intention to convert to a more permanent role. Hours will begin at 10-15 per week and will be spread over 5 days (Monday - Friday)
