The below principles underpin all programming at Pineapple Fitness
Educated by Stacy Sims, a renowned exercise physiologist and nutrition scientist, we embrace her philosophy that "Women are not small men." Our approach revolves around true resistance training, emphasising the importance of lifting heavy weights for all women, including those in peri and post-menopause.
Incorporating weights into our programs is crucial to stimulate power, strength, and lean mass development, especially considering the decline in estrogen levels during menopause. By adding load to workouts, we stimulate the central nervous system and promote adaptations similar to those induced by estrogen.
Additionally, our conditioning routines include sprint interval training (SIT) and high-intensity interval training (HiiT). These methods, characterised by short bursts of intense exercise followed by recovery, yield numerous benefits for body composition and overall health, including improvements in heart, brain, and gut health.

⭐️ The Pineapple Method is suitable for all fitness levels. You do this if I’ve never lifted a barbell before or worked out recently? We teach you everything you need to know.
⭐️ Does Pineapple personalise the program for me? YES. We have options for you to have a personal program in our Semi Private Personal or we tailor the daily program for your needs in the Small Group Personal Training Program.⭐️ How long are sessions? All sessions are 55 mins
⭐️ Holidays/Time Off - we offer 4-week suspension period inside of a 12-month contract
⭐️ Yoga is complimentary on all membership options
⭐️ What can I expect during the session? 3/4 Strength + 1/4 Conditioning.
⭐️ Programming is in 12-week blocks, giving you the opportunity to build strength and confidence.
⭐️ What should I bring to the sessions? Yourself, water bottle, wear comfy activewear (& a supportive bra!!)

Small group training is just as effective as one-on-one training, especially with the added benefit of group motivation and support. It’s also more affordable while still offering a high level of individualised attention.

We offer tailored small group personal training programs with squads of 4 or 8, designed to provide everything you need for real, lasting results. Our approach focuses on the three pillars of success: movement, nutrition, and mindset. We work closely with you to ensure each area supports your progress toward achieving your fitness goals.
Our members typically train with us 2 to 5 times per week, depending on their individual goals, motivation, and budget. When we connect, we’ll discuss your objectives and recommend the best program to help you crush them!
Your journey starts with a movement screen and trial sessions, after that we design a program and set a clear plan to follow. You’ll choose the membership that works best for you. Our memberships are 12-month commitments, with the first 90 days being non-cancellable to ensure you're fully committed, and your goals become a reality! After that, you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
