My Transformation Journey with Pineapple Fitness
Before joining Pineapple Fitness, my desk job left me physically and mentally drained. I developed a shoulder injury, gained weight, and struggled with fatigue, body aches, and hot flushes, especially during COVID lockdowns and post-menopause. Feeling isolated and missing connections, I knew I needed a change.
When lockdown ended, I joined Pineapple and found exactly what I needed. My initial goals were simple: get out of bed earlier, move my body, build strength, and find joy again. Pineapple provided a welcoming and fun community, with supportive and knowledgeable coaches who tailor workouts to individual needs.
I love the variety of classes, especially BBB (dance), Strong, and Boxing, and the holistic approach to health, including diet and mental wellness tips. The complimentary yoga and outdoor classes with ocean swims and coffee are fantastic bonuses. Pineapple's challenges help members connect and stay motivated.
My next goal is to keep moving and getting stronger, especially post-menopause. Pineapple's 80/20 concept for food and alcohol has been a game changer. I feel more energetic, sleep better, and maintain a healthier routine.
To anyone nervous about starting at Pineapple: don't think, just do! It will be the best decision for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Every woman deserves to feel healthy, confident, and connected while having fun!
