Would you believe it if I told you that the first time I stepped into a gym was when I did my Fitness Cert! I was never a ""gym person"". I've found them intimidating and boring. And now, I am the Head Coach of one. Haha!
The negative feelings I had towards gyms actually built my desire to make women feel comfortable in a gym space and show them that training with weights is not scary or boring and actually very empowering and fun! Why I love that we offer small group training in our gym so much is that we have the time and space to treat every person with ample personal attention and focus on you as a person with goals not just a number.
