Did you know? I learned to skateboard at 40! (That’s 3 years ago now)! 🌟 It’s something that had been on my bucket list for years, and finally checking it off feels amazing. No, I’m definitely not a pro—there won’t be any skate park tricks in my future—but I’ve gotten pretty comfortable on my big cruiser board. And honestly? I’m so proud of myself!

This experience has reminded me just how powerful it is to dream big and then make those dreams happen. It’s a freedom I’m passionate about embracing—not just for myself but for everyone who walks through the doors of Pineapple Fitness. For me, having a strong, healthy body isn’t just about hitting fitness goals or lifting heavier weights. It’s about having the energy, confidence, and physical capability to chase after whatever dreams light you up—whether that’s trying something new like skateboarding, hiking a mountain, or simply feeling great in your everyday life.
