Build strength through controlled compound movements designed for lean muscle gains. Ends with a cardio burst for a powerful finish!

Stretch, release, and recover with yoga. Increase flexibility, reduce stress, and prep for your next big workout.

6am Sessions - Empire Park, Bar Beach (on the grass near the Skate Park)
In the warmer weather 2 x sessions move on to the sand at the Southern End of Bar Beach
9:30am Sessions - Connolly Park, Tully St, Carrington (in behind the Bowlo, near the tennis courts, playground and community garden)
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT'S RAINING?
We train rain, hail or shine! However, we do have options to shelter us if need be! We will always text you with an hour notice with the details if we change the class location. That's the beauty of our booking system! Usually we move to The Station (old Newcastle Train Station) and train there.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT MY FIRST SESSION?
Arrive 5 mins early to your frist sessions so we can meet you. You'll get a friendly welcome by the ladies and coaches before we kick things off with a warm up. Weβll explain how the workout will run, demonstrate the exercises youβll be doing, personally guide you throughout the class, and assist you with your technique so you feel confident.
AM I FIT ENOUGH?
We know that joining an exercise group can be seriously daunting, and most women are nervous about their first class. Our community is the most amazing bunch of females, who are super supportive, welcoming, friendly and FUN! Our classes have women of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels and are 100% judgment free. Please donβt worry about being able to keep up, LOTS of our Pines were worried about their fitness or size before they started but we work with all levels of fitness and design our sessions to allow people to go at their own pace. The culture at Pineapple Fitness is very inclusive, the most important thing is to start. We have so many ladies saying that they wish they started so much earlier once they do!
WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY?
Depending on the injury or issue this is usually fine. We can alter most exercises to accommodate, make sure to let us know in advance so we can plan for you. And make sure it's ok with your health care professional first!

CAN I BRING A FRIEND?
Working out with a friend is so much more fun, and it helps you keep each other accountable and on track with your goals. Winning! Get them to book a health consult just like you did.

Exercise alone is only part of the puzzle when it comes to strong, fit, lean bodies and great health. Around 70% to 80% of how you look and feel is dictated by how you fuel your body, so the right nutrition is critical to achieving your goals.
