Step 2. Download the Recipes!

Use these recipes to create your 7 day meal plan based on your tastes and the week you have ahead. These recipes will help you shift weight, gain energy and get glowy! We have crafted the meals in these Recipe Books to have a certain calorie/energy value, whilst everyone has a different BMR requirement they are generally in a similar range, these meals are designed for eating within your recommended daily intake. It is easy to overeat, so take care to follow the recipe and portion sizes and hand guide recommendations (but also remember perfection is not what is needed to make this work)!

Step 3. Put it all together and start living it!

Download your weekly Meal Planner Template, print it out and using the 7 Principles you’ve learnt and the recipes, put it all together! You can also use any old piece of paper or notebook at home to create a meal planner for you! We get that printers are almost a thing of the past but the option is there ♡

Step 4. Complete your measurements and benchmarking

Come to the benchmarking session this Saturday. If you are choosing to take your measurements (highly recommended if weight loss is your goal) then watch the video below on how to do those.

Step 5. Add yourself to the Facebook Group

Add yourself into the Facebook Group, and create a group chat with your accountabuddies! We will give you an accountability crew if you haven’t got one - post in the group that you need one!

Make sure you introduce yourself on the first post we have posted in there.

Step 5. Pick up your accountability card from your coaches this week or on Saturday if you are going to be there.
